Eligibility Criteria for Southern Cross University Scholarship 2023
All of the requirements listed below must be met in order for a candidate to be considered for a scholarship at Southern Cross University.
- Language Requirement: English
- All countries throughout the world are qualified for application. Australian and New Zealand citizens and permanent residents are not permitted to apply.
- Submit an application to attend the Lismore, Gold Coast, or Coffs Harbour campuses full-time (8 units per year) to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a coursework program.
- All applicants must be qualified to enter the University (Meet the university’s admission standards).
- Acceptance into an undergraduate degree program requires a minimum overall Academic IELTS score of 6.0 with no individual band score of less than 5.5, as well as a credential equivalent to the Australian Year 12 and the appropriate entry grade for the program to which they have applied.
- Qualifications equivalent to an Australian Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency equivalent to Academic IELTS 6.5 are required for postgraduate study in Australia.
- In order to keep their scholarship, students must get at least a pass in each unit required for their development.
- If a student wants to keep their scholarship, they need to maintain the required level of enrollment in their program and on their student visa.
